Innotune brings you a special treat from Uncle Marcus.
This is your chance to grab a free download of Psykopat. It’s a brand new and unreleased track from Innotune resident Marcus Schossow. And yes, it sounds just as sick as the title implies.

Joonas Hahmo has become one of Finland’s hottest electronic music exporters. In 2004, Joonas’s first productions were collaborations under the successful trance aliases “Alt+F4” and “Avanto”.
Alt+F4 was signed to trance super label Anjunabeats while Avanto was released under a small finnish independent label Electric Sauna Records.
Soon Joonas started to seek for a new sound and his first solo single The Fusion, released on Andy Moor’s Ava Recordings in 2006 gained a lot of attention from trance and progressive trance jocks around the world. But it wasn’t until he got signed back to Anjunabeats, this time on their Anjunadeep imprint until he got lifted to the big league.

Here’s an exciting label. The aussies in Bang Gang have released quite a few bangin Nu Disco tracks on regular music download stores. But unlike many others in the business, they are putting out parts of their releases for free download. They most certainly have adapted to the modern way of marketing music.
I liked “Fuck Song” by Cassian, which I perfectly legally downloaded for free from their site. And then I bought the other tracks on the EP at Beatport.
I realise that not everyone will do that, but they get to spread their music and maybe more important create word of mouth (or maybe blogs?).

There are lots of EDM music videos with, let’s say, a bit variety in its qualities. If you get a record company to actually put in some $$$ to create a music video for your track – it usually involves slow-motion nature scenes, a sportscar, some bikini women and the artist standing on various places with some sunglasses.
But during time, there are some gems appearing. Videos with a meaning, or some sort of creative excellence. So here goes nothing; Innotunes Top 20 selected EDM videos that deserves to be called a “classic”
Such an mesmerizing video. Everytime I go on a train I try to sync everything outside to the music I’m listening to after this music video.
